MISSION
Provide guidance, mentorship, and practical support to nursing students navigating coursework, clinicals, checkoffs, and life during nursing school.
What is an RN Success Coach?
An RN Success Coach is a mentor and guide who helps nursing students navigate the demands of nursing school with clarity, confidence, and strategy.
We focus on how to succeed in nursing school, not on tutoring individual course content. At times, we may help clarify concepts to support understanding within a broader coaching session; however, when students need in-depth content instruction, we refer them to a qualified tutor.
In addition, we provide TEAS exam preparation support and nursing school guidance for prospective nursing students, including study strategies, application planning, and readiness coaching.

What is a Tutor?
A tutor is an individual who provides subject-specific academic instruction to help a student better understand course material. Tutoring typically involves explaining concepts in detail, reviewing lectures or textbooks, and assisting with coursework or exam preparation for a particular class.
